Welcome to Cocoa Banks Emerald Cottage, a brand new (August, 2026) one-bedroom villa with a private pool located on the prestigious Banks Road of Governors Harbour, the most sought-after location on Eleuthera. Emerald Cottage is located a 3-minute walk down a sandy path to the pink sands of world-famous Poponi Beach.
Inside, Emerald Cottage has ocean views throughout. The great room features a sofa and a wall-mounted 75-inch flat-screen TV. Step out onto your deck to enjoy the ocean views and take a dip in your private plunge pool!
Emerald Cottage features a modern island kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, glass-topped range and oven, and a microwave. Other appliances include a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. Everything you need to prepare gourmet meals is provided.

It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won’t want to miss it.
