Eleuthera island travel

No More Covid Testing for Travel to Eleuthera Island!

Greetings, fellow Eleuthera Island Enthusiasts!

As you may know, the U.S. recently dropped its requirement that returning travelers have a negative COVID test. Starting this Sunday, June 19th, the Bahamamian government will no longer require fully-vaccinated travelers to get a COVID test to travel to the islands.

(Fully vaccinated is defined as two shots of a two-dose vaccine or one dose of a single-shot vaccine.)

Boosters are not required.

The Bahamas also no longer requires visitors to obtain a “health visa.”

Unvaccinated travelers ages 2+ will still be required to obtain a negative test, either PCR or antigen, taken no more than three (3) days prior to travel

And this news comes at a great time: We have many NEW LISTINGS on Eleuthera island with summer & fall openings still available!
