Bahamas' COVID Requirements Lifted!
As of Oct. 1, 2022, there are no COVID-related entry requirements for Eleuthera Island or the rest of the Islands of the Bahamas. Travelers no longer need to produce a negative test or proof of vaccination when they arrive.
Masking is no longer required in public spaces in the Bahamas. You may want to have one handy just-in-case, as it's possible some airlines or local businesses will still request or require it.
U.S. citizens returning to the U.S. from the Bahamas no longer need to produce a negative COVID test or vaccination card. Non-U.S. citizen nonimmigrants traveling to the U.S. do still need to provide proof of vaccination upon entry.
